We are team of experienced Registered Clinical Counsellors and recognized members of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). In addition to providing in person counselling at our Burnaby & Langley offices, we offer secure online counselling. As an inclusive practice, we welcome people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and orientations.

Welcome! My name is Neelam and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Clinical Director at Life Wise Counselling. I completed my master’s in counselling at City University and I bring over 10 years of experience to my practice. I am a wife to my beloved partner of 16 years and a mom to 2 beautiful toddlers. I founded Life Wise Counselling to support individuals and couples who are ready for change, open to embarking on their healing journey.

My name is Jyoti. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with an MA in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. Prior to that, I completed a BA in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I have been working in mental health for 12 years, and specifically in the field of counselling for 7 years. I am an experienced individual, couples, and family therapist.
How can we help?
At Life Wise, we draw upon a bio-psycho-social approach as we strongly believe in evidence-based practices that integrate the mind-body connection. As such, we have chosen to complete training in therapeutic approaches that are grounded in science including

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
