Initial Session
Your first therapy session is a space to get to know you, hear your story, and understand what you’re hoping to work on in counselling. If you’re unsure where to begin or feel uncertain about the process, that’s completely okay. Our therapists will meet you where you are and gently support self-discovery at your own pace.

The goal of the initial session is to foster a sense of safety, hope, and self-empowerment. Many clients leave their first appointment feeling relieved, supported, and more capable of navigating what lies ahead.
Clients often ask how many counselling sessions are needed. There is no fixed schedule. Session frequency is collaborative and tailored to your needs, availability, and goals—whether that’s weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as desired.
